Purse from upcycled Jacket and Shirt

Pin It               I really would love to make a purse out of an old leather jacket of mine that has a rip in it, but before I go cutting up my beautiful leather jacket that my Grandmother gave me years ago I wanted to practice.  So here is a purse I made from my daughter's old jacket and shirt.

I think it turned out really cute, but I definitely need more practice.  The zipper is a little crooked as well as the handle.  I'm working on some quilts for a customer right now so as soon as I get those done I will be working on more purses!

Sam, A Preschool Class Mascot
